Original Vibrators Converted to Solid-State

The 12 volt vibrator shown is ideal for the Wireless Set 19, however it is not limited to
only being for this radio, it will work in all manner of other radios, see the list of just some

12 volt solid-state original looking vibrator

Where possible the original print on the vibrator will been retained to show it is a 12 volt vibrator.
Now a 12 volt solid-state vibrator.

The original dead vibrator has been very carefully opened and the original mechanical switching contacts removed.
The inside of the vibrator has been thoroughly cleaned.
A new 12 volt solid-state vibrator PCB has been fitted and thoroughly tested before the case has been sealed closed again.
As you can see, it is not obvious the vibrator has been opened, keeping it looking original.

6 volt solid-state original looking vibrator

Where possible, the original stamped vibrator information will be kept intact to show it is a 6 volt vibrator.
Now a 6 volt solid-state vibrator.
